Billet machined air horns

Borla makes the finest air horns in the world. Machined from 6061 T6 bar stock in our Haas CNC lathe the BBC horns are 35mm tall with integral stainless screens to keep out debris.

Throttle position sensor

The throttles kit includes a TPS with plug and connectors. A high quality Hall Effect throttle position sensor is available as an upgrade

High volume -6 fuel rails

Cast aluminum manifold

Cast in A356 alloy and machined in precision CNC equipment the manifold has Borlas CNC machined vacuum accumulator which serves as both a linkage support and a MAP sensor/brake booster vacuum source

Billet capstan linkage kit

Machined from 6061-T6 billet and incorporating high quality bearings and hardware our linkage kit sets the standard for the industry.

Four 50mm cast aluminum throttle bodies

Fuel Injectors

Adjustable Fuel pressure regulator

Borla's low-profile pressure regulator is machined entirely from billet 6061 T6 alloy. Incorporating a diaphragm made from a double layer of flourocarbon, it is able to handle fuel for up to 1400 BHP.

Description

BORLA’s LS1, 2 and LS6 kit features 50 mm downdraft throttles on a cast aluminum manifold.

As always the fuel rails are inside the Vee.

Our air horns, machined from 6061 T6 billet are included as are eight 50lb/hr EV14 injectors and a TPS.
